Jennifer is currently working at Midwest Training Jennifer is currently working at Midwest Training & Ice Center and is the Location Manager for Crown Point. She handles all of the marketing for the location, runs all types of reports (enrollment, fixed fees - making sure everyone enrolled is paying/paying the proper amount, aged frees - which can result in her sending people over to collections, revenue summaries, etc), handle customer inquiry, recruit students from the parks department, local cheer/dance teams, and those just in the surrounding area, plan events, and a lot more. She said she is definitely using what she learned while being in the School of Business at UIndy. She graduated in May of 2020 and is a former BizHound. She said, “Don’t let others dictate what you can and can’t do.” She said if she did she wouldn’t have accomplished what she did while in school and now in life. Use what people say you can’t do as motivation to come back stronger, prove them wrong, and impress them.

Allia Saydjari is the Director of Strategy for Whe Allia Saydjari is the Director of Strategy for Wheelabrator Technologies where she serves as a business partner to the senior leadership team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, portfolio review, and stakeholder management. Allia graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2013 with a degree in Finance and received her MBA the following year. Allia has been in the waste industry since 2015 and started her career in finance with WCA in Houston, TX. Allia currently resides in New Hampshire and spends her free time hiking across the US National Parks.

Olivia Welch is a broker at Woolum Real Estate, he Olivia Welch is a broker at Woolum Real Estate, her family’s real estate business and she also manages Welch Investments, a real estate investing company she started with her husband. Her and her husband own and operate long-term rental properties and flip houses. Olivia graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2014. Olivia said that thanks to the dedicated professors and the combination of hard work and the drive to be involved, the school of business gave her the tools she needed to find her niche in business and succeed. Olivia was a BizHound at UIndy and also involved in SBLA.
